Quality Control
Our quality system comprises of:
1) IQC (Incoming Quality Control):
Test physical and chemical performance of all raw materials and record suppliers’ quality.
2) IPQC (In-Process QC):
Establish QC sites in every process to ensure operation as SOP.
3) FQC (Finish Quality Control):
Test the capacity, internal resistance, voltage and temperature performance.
4) OQC (Out-Depot QC):
Sample testing according to GB2828 standards, aiming to achieve a "zero error" product
qualification rate.
5) QA (Quality Assurance):
sampling test of every batch for its cycle life, high rate charging, high and low temperature, and
self-discharging performance.
QC/Technical Support
There are 10 staff in Quality Control Department which includes products certification engineers, technical
engineers, quality engineers and training engineers. The incoming materials must be tested before the
production begins. Our production is conducted by engineers who are extremely cautious about qualities and
details of products from the beginning to end.

Procedures/testing Details
All our projects will be assessed thoroughly. All purchased raw materials and components will be tested by the
experienced IQC staff with sophisticated inspecting equipment to keep the lowest defect ratio. During production,
the IPQC staff will randomly spot-check the semi-finished products. The FQC team is responsible for finished
product QC. The QA will check the products during the consignment time. Every step will be recorded for filing,
which ensures the high quality of our products.
